I have written to USAA about having lost my ability to use my p.w. to my account and with numerous tries to get you to help me, you have failed.As a veteran and original believer in you I have changed my mind.
You want me to pay as much for my 2001 honda oddesy with the minimum coverages that I drive well under 1000 miles a year. I just put $20.00 of gas in it. the last tank was filled in december 2018. My 2014 toyota prieus has full coverage and pay about the same insurance premium cost.

I can't pay my insurance like I could online, and I can't call to do anything, I've had a couclear implant recently in my left ear and my right ear is almost as bad. You don't give a rats *** for hearing impaired people.sincerely Gerald Maki
