we currently have 2 vehicle insured with this company, called to ad a 3 and requested to pay for that premium in full. They give me a figure but tell me they can't let me pay till I receive a bill.
Next month my bill arrives. call billing to pay the premium of the new car, verify the amount with agent and pay. next month my supposed 2 vehicle premium is gone up $100, I call after going through numerous agents and finally requesting a "Supervisor" I'm told I was quoted the wrong amount and if I pay this amount (the difference) my bill will remain what it was originally. Guess what it wasn't.
once again am on the phone with "agent" who basically tells me "thats what it is and its not going to change", when I ask to speak with a supervisor I'm told she will let them know and it could be 48 hrs to get a call back.
What the *** is going on with this company. Can no one do simple math and get it right? And how about some customer service on the line and avoid statements such as "The supervisor will see the same thing I see" and "Its not going to change if you talk to a Supervisor". Are you kidding me, how is this customer service.
I'm not calling to complain about my Vehicle insurance cost, I'm calling because no one in that company can do simple math and come up with a answer. Everyone talk over you and make statements that will make even the most calm person lose it. Wake up USAA! CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDS TO HAPPEN.
And buy everyone an calculator and teach them how to use it. on onon call again
User's recommendation: Go else where.
Preferred solution: Be able to get a straight answer and not be spoken over and true Customer Service.
USAA Pros: Them before i had to actually use them.
USAA Cons: Impossible to deal with.
