Unable to reach USAA for declining my credit card !

As above ! My credit card was declined on Moday morning , MEMORIAL DAY AND AM NOW UNABLE TO REACH THEM ABOUT THIS !

My credit card declined at an ATM machine this morning . WHY ? I have over 500 USD AVAILABLE CREDIT !

Horrible customer servive

needed roadside assistance and nobody helped. they continued to hang up the phone on me! i ended up doing everything out of pocket. nobody helped in anyway - they put me on hold then hung up after 15 minutes

Agent Jackie Johnston is rude

After many, many years with USAA, I am about to make my first claim when I am stuck talking to the rudest, most disrespectful agent imaginable! She is talking down to me and making sarcastic remarks, like where does she get off talking to a loyal customer this way? Loyal no more! After this, Im done with USAA!

Horrible customer service not ADA compliant

Your website is not HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE- to require blind people to have an online account is BS. To require someone who is legally blind who doesnt leave house is BS. Further more to require them to upload documents or get a code on their cell phone is BS. WE have been with USAA for 50 years and the customer service is horrible. It shouldnt take 2 hours to verify identity bc someone doesnt have a pin. Customer service has decreased horriblly last couple years and both my parents and i will be moving all our insurance and cc accounts to someone who actually cares.

A representative requested additional info that I did not have access quickly. Called back with pertinent information representative stated that the additional information was not needed .USAA will respond in 3 days. Still waiting

Trying to file a homeowners claim, it repeatedly asks for me for my PIN number, every time I say I dont know

They ask you you ussa Number 12 yes ago plus they give you the run around its not worth it and people military saying they get better rates from other companies that just ashame I rather pay more less hassel

Notice email non-payment on our auto and rental insurance account

Our policy payments are set up as automatic withdrawal from Jose Valdez's bank account ending in 2790 monthly. I will call by phone tomorrow to try to solve the problem. He recently put my name on his checking account also. I'm Linda Valdez, his wife. That may be the reason for the non-payment this month

Phone system

I am tired of waiting 3 hours to get a representative just to get a replacement debit card. You can't do it online. It has been 3 months and no way to reach them. I am so ready to change to Pentagon Federal Credit Union.

Said the lamb just as she is led to slaughter. What slays me is the mistake of confusing the "extreme helpfulness" of the USAA employee who takes your money with the "criminal evasions" of the clerk one desk over who "denies your claim".
