Can not talk to a real person without long waits, recorded messages and button pushing. Cancelled after over 50 years

No easy way to get answers without long drawn delays, virtual assistants, push buttons and waiting! Once you get a person they are helpful and actually embarrassed for the systems.

Just turn it in to your insurance . Not for them to pay anything , but they will deal with other insurance company. Right now USAA is hoping you drop the ball and go away.

You need to turn this in to your insurance. Not for them to pay anything since you were not at fault, but for them to deal with the USAA adjuster. USAA will take advantage if they think they are only dealing with you.

I didnt use a flight on 1/28/22, I got this ticket via cheapoair, every time I call them they refuse to refund the money for a ticket I didnt use, they want the airline to refund the money, the airline LATAM, said they didnt sell me the ticket, so I really payed to cheapoair, XORCPG 1/28/22, i dont know what to do anymore, in this crazy times I dont have money to give away to cheapoair, Im a hard worker and I live check to check,

User's recommendation: Don’t buy tickets through cheapoair, but directly with the airline, it doesn’t matter if u have to pay a little more, cheapoair is a joke, you will never get any solution from them.

Awful customer service very rude adjuster

I am livid with this company. I had to call a supervisor because I was being treated like my storm damage was nothing when my roof caved in and most of my house and a lot of my belongings was damaged by the storm.

I recieved a copy of a subpoena regarding opposing counsel for ex husband litigation attorney. They are requesting records to present but I was advised that they are not entitled to anything beyond 2/25/21 date of complaint. Please help I have uploaded all of this support docs.

USAA automobile insurance and Homeowners insurance premium increase

Our full coverage automobile insurance for two vehicles was $3200.00 a year. In January 2022 we received a fine in the mail for insurance violation. The insurance cards were mailed with an expiration date of January 29, 2022. We called USAA and were told the insurance was cancelled in September 2021. We did not receive a notification by email or postal service. Our new premium is $4,400 a year because of a lapse in coverage. The insurance has been drafted from our account for over 15 years. Recently our homeowner's insurance was increased by $200 a month with no notification. Watch your accounts closely with USAA

This company is short on people. They rely too heavily on automated telephone. The people that work there know little to nothing about what they are offering. They failed to follow through. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Freezing my accounts and withholding $3500. I don't owe them a dime.

I have two checking accounts with USAA. One held $1,300. The second was in negative -$357. USAA decided to freeze both accounts in mid January 2022. I haven't been able to log in, due to their screwed up application. I've sat on the phone for over 12 hours, during 4 attempts. At 3 hours the phone disconnects. USAA accepted my Social Security check February 2nd, took their $357. and have left me hanging. I'm not able to do anything more than Look at the money they owe me. $3500. Today is day 12 of them withholding my SSI payment

User's recommendation: USAA is an absolute horrible bank to use. Worse than dealing with military chain of command issues.
