I cant sign in using my ssn or policy number. Asking me to answer questions that I would have to use the internet to set up. I have NEVER used the internet to sign in. It was a good deal when I started but rates have done nothing but doubled. I asked for a supervisor and could not speak to anyone because I dint have an internet password that I never created!! Looking for a new company

On September 1, I had an accident, for a whole week I called some kind of Crystal (32235), they gave me her details and said that she would deal with my case. She doesn't answer for a whole week, I sent her a hundred voicemails, she disappeared and does not contact me. And suddenly today I get a message that I'm to blame for the accident?! no one ever talked to me! What it is?!? can someone call me??? My claim number(00809563*-***)

I recently bought a new car (which I was overcharged for that as well but that's another story)

I thought I would be saving some money because my dad was in the Army all his life. I have a good driving record and a ton of experience, but the monthly payments were the same as they were at the other company. When I spoke with them to reduce my payments, they said the deductible would go up, and it did, it doubled from $500 to $1000, but my monthly payments stayed the same. WTH? I also still had to pay my premiums when my car was in the shop for almost three months, after being hit from behind, and they knew it was in the shop.

I was a victim of fraud and the fraudster got my banking information along with personal information about me. USAA closed my checking account after 12 years and blamed me for the fraud. They reported me to Early Warning which has blocked me from opening an account with all banks except the one Im currently banking at. Ive submitted police reports, police affidavit, legal documentation, and reports from Federal Agencies advising I was a victim of scam but USAA refuses to accept these documents and still consider me a fraud for owing $0. USAA reversed the fraudulent transaction and I owe $0. Early Warning reversed the fraud claim several times advising no fraud was found but USAA submits a rebuttal and had their decision reversed.

Poor Auto Claim Service

My son had a. La on May 30,2023 and immediately to the car to the shop, after numerous calls to USAA and notifying them where the vehicle was no one reached out to the repair shop for 17 days. To make a long story short. The vehicle was out of the Body shop 40 days later. It immediately went to a Mechanical shop and he did not get the car until 2 months later because no one answered the phones after numerous other calls and when they did they said they were writing the shop a check. Also the check was sent to the wrong addresses for 4 times even though they were kept abreast of the locations. The repair shops and my son and I never left them in the dark about anything. We did speak to several Managers and they all made excuses about their poor lack of communication and service. I can to USAA because I believed I would get quality service, instead we received less than sub-standard service. I am now moving my sons insurance to a different carrier. For me this has been a horrific ordeal and I do not and will not recommend them to any of my Military friends.

Help for hearing impaired, particularly me!

I am deaf. I have relayed this info to many USAA employees. I cannot communicate by phone. I cant even understand the promos on your phone system. You need to Email me when there is something to be decided. Right now I need help because of an unauthorized charge. Ill tell one of you employees that Im deaf and do t understand and they just keep talking!

Absolutely fed up! I have been constantly hung up on.

Hello, My name is Kimberly Welker Policy number 0163641 Kwelker1969@***.com 2013 Hyundai elantra My old number is 702-201-**** I no longer have the phone or the number so there is no possibility of obtaining a code. I have sent 55 files with my ID on your verify sight. I have been trying all month to fix the issues im not even able to pay my bill because of not having that number! My insurance is going to cancel, i was in an accident on August 20th, i called and finally convinced someone not to hang up on me yet again! Im completely stranded ane honestly tired of being treated like a criminal. I gave the police report number and details and was told it would be evaluated at some point??!! Is this how all members are treated? The way i have been made to feel and the stress of not being able to take care of my car is absolutely overwhelming and appallingly. I need someone to take care of this situation because quite frankly im tired of your associates hanging up on me. I have done my best to handle my responsibilities. As a representative of our service members my son being one of them im incredibly disappointed. I would appreciate being treated like a person and someone helping me to resolve this matter. My insurance is supposed to cover my rental car and yet the report from Sunday at 5pm was never filed. I wish to escalate this immediately i do not want to bring in outside help but right is right! I was overcharged by a USAA ATM machine.

Unfortunately for both USAA and me, the issue has not been resolved due to my malfunctioning phone. For some odd reason, I could answer a phone call, and hear the typical phone sounds (like beeps, etc) but no voice.

This went on for several days, so I finally went to a Spectrum office and got my phone replaced.

It works now, but I have not made a big deal out of it, because the USAA overcharge to me was only a dollar. I didn't want to get worked up over a dollar at my age, 77.

I used a USAA cash machine to get $200 cash, with a $3.00 service fee. When the receipt was printed, I saw that I was charged a total of $204 dollars. I spent a lot of time on the Internet trying to get in touch with USAA with no luck, and tried to call them on the phone, again with no luck. It is not that $1.00 is a big deal to me, but it is not right.
