I have tried to cancel Zelle pending mode for over 2 weeks. I have contacted you and your rep has told me there is nothing you can do. I just got off the phone with Zelle and the assures me they have not transferred any money and it is your responsibility to credit my $125. Please inform me who I need to contact to get this resolved. Thanks Larry Patterson 813-695-****

Two months old complaint ignored, never answered

Request by phone for a copy of our insurance card to be emailed to Dealership, proof of insurance so that we can have a loaner car. Gave the woman all kinds of information, each or a combination could verify my identity. She refused. Ask to speak to a Manager, refused. Complained to CEO and other executives including Board of Directors. No response going on two months. Cancelled policy 7/31/21. months

User's recommendation: Don't be a customer. Relationship is one way, there way. No service. No accommodation of simple request.

Full refund of unused premium from auto policy I cancelled. Would want to be given reason why credit card accounts in EXCELLENT standing are now blocked, transactions approval refused. No reason given.

Terrible Services;

I have been a customer for nearly three years, I have my auto insurance with USAA for the three years before mentioned. USAA has change their programming, now it will not recognize my username, which means I have to get in touch with an agent their robot answering machine make really hard to get some human person on the line. When I finally got the person it hangs up on me, I lost count of how many times I retry calling them and the answering robot kept hanging on me, I'm definitely disappointed with USAA. I'm a veteran served my country proudly.

User's recommendation: Beware of how paranoid this company has become since COVID 19. The lobby has been closed for more than a year.

No service is much more accurate. But they don't miss a beat taking your, raising you premiums in high single and double digit percentages using the hackneyed excuse that rates in your States increases every six months. Ridiculous and false.

Unable to speak with a human being while trying to resolve a payment issue

Unable to speak with a human being while trying to resolve a payment issue. The AI answering machine kept sending me in circles and didnt have an option for me to speak with a human being. I finally found an alternate number to speak to a representative and once I got through my issue was easily resolved.

Tried to talk to a human after working hours.

Kept getting a recording that was not helpful. When I was with GEICO I was able to speak to an agent 24/7.

Asked a question about home owners insurance plan and you told me to leave a message but I'll try again

Would like to get a quote on Home Owners Insurance and then maybe bundle it to my already existing auto insurance plan.

User's recommendation: Get ready to play the get nowhere game. I called this company today and spoke to 4 different agents only to be put on hold or disconnected 3 times and on the third call was told they needed to have I.T. clean up and reboot the the system from an Error prompt they keep getting and I was told at 12:25 pm that they would call me back in an hour with a quote but never returned the call. Just like I had to wait 9 weeks for the log bed I purchased on line. Agreement said 3 to 4 weeks plus 10 working days they finally shipped it to a town near me 3 days ago and I actually received it at 9 am this morning.

Ever since Parker took over USAA has decided not to insure my then new manufactured custom home, decided to kick us out and close their investment division, with little notice, and the bank representatives are incompetent by and large. I have a CREDIT SCORE OF 835, and had money in their bank. I have since moved half and will be removing the rest and going to Navy federal Credit Union for banking. I used to not believe Chase and Wells Fargo customers put up with all the crap they dish out. I am shopping insurance now too. Haven't chosen yet.

Third day this week and third call today. After 2 1/2 hours on hold, the call was disconnected. The earlier call today, after only one hour on hold, I actually got a live body to only be told she couldnt help me and transferred my call. Heres an idea USAA stop telling me you appreciate me; stop telling me the long delays are Covid related. . . HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Loggin in - Mobile App support

I'd like to say that getting technical support is extremely difficult with USAA. If there is no problem with an account or payment, it should be easy to get in touch with technical support directly. But this is not the case. All the prompts on the call in number lead down an account rabbit hole. This is very frustrating.
