Want to pay numerous outragious NSF fees? I surely don`t buuuut one little screw up due to their lack of updating your balance for days on end then all of a sudden running everything debits first then deposits maybe and piling NSF fees on top of NSF fees meanwhile...

Poor service

We have been members for over 60 years.For 3 months I've been trying to open a retirement fund with Victory CapitalUnable to get it done.My code isn't accepted or my pw is wrong.Victory Capital is no help.I've given up and well try somewhere else. Janet Stange

Endless, looped recordings

Inability to get to a person. Looped, repetitive recordings. No answer when called Customer Support. You may put me down as a pissed customer.com

Automatic Withdrawal

USAA handled my issue with my account quickly and professionally. The only complaint I have with USAA is that they would even consider, much less hire a company with your inappropriate and unprofessional name. Society has run amuck and your CEO has bought into using vulgar language to capture attention to name his business. Rename your company with a name that imparts integrity instead of nastiness.

USAA is a cheapskate company that will hire top attorneys to stop you from collecting on uninsured motorist coverage. Don't waste your time buying it. An uninsured, unlicensed, twice legal limit drunk illegal alien totaled three cars including mine. 6 years later, USAA got it thrown out of court because they insisted on "finding this illegal alien" *** USAA. My military career ended because of traumatic brain injury from this accident. USAA CAR INSURANCE SUX

User's recommendation: Do not waste time with large amount of uninsured motorist coverage. They will screw you to avoid paying out.

I lost About 8500 DUE to winter storm for repairs and replacements because USAA didn't pay my CLAIM. AND OTHER LOST

Bank transferred my money to someone I did not want it transferred to..

A three year old, one time transfer was given the alias' name of Bill Pay because it was being transferred to someone in the Bill Pay system. I later added another Transfer account to my USAA account named Bill Account giving me two (2) accounts with the same 'Bill Pay' name. I made the mistake of selecting the wrong account with the same alias, the only difference being the account number, which does not immediately easily identify the account. If I had added, as I will in the future, the bank name I would have recognized the difference in the alias accounts setups. USAA has not returned my many request for a conversation to make the suggestion about adding the bank's name in the alias name..

Nothing has happened. USAA does not care. website it hard to navigate now was great before they changed it to suit them not customer..agents were blind sided.They canceded secure scan check to at home deposit...not trying to force people on an insure wireless check...

Ticked Off!

USAA use to be the best bank! I called them about 3 withdraws I didn't make. Waste of my time, so I opened a new checking acct. 5 yes I said 5 times did I get the 'SAME' 3 pages to sign. Just happen again. After the last 2 times I called &;;;;;;;;;;;;; a very nice gentleman confirmed they got the 3 page & all was well with new acct. Yet I just got them again. Will be calling in am, if not straightened up I will move to a local bank. Enough is enough!

Direct deposit problem

Until recently my father's insurance was paid by direct deposit. They changed their system and screwed it up. I tried to re-instate it as I had one other time because I have power of attorney, but they came up with a bogus reason that I couldn't. I will probably seek insurance for him elsewhere. He has been a customer for 50 years.

Roadside assistance sucks@

I contacted USAA because my transmission was not shifting. I ordered a tow online, scheduled for the next day. I kept getting the run around, but finally, they said they'd get it in the afternoon and to leave it outside. I pushed it out, straining because I'm a 100% percent disabled Vet. They never got it, now it's the weekend and it's raining on my 1969 MG! I cannot get it undercover. I'm so mad, the car will have to sit until my mechanic can take it on Monday. Just arrange your own tow and get reimbursed.
