I had excellent service. Although Im not happy with USAA.

I was about 4 blocks from Charlotte city. You chose a company that was as close to the SC border as you could get. It took nearly 2 hours before he made it to my location. Why would you do something so stupid?

There were plenty of towing companies near my location. Is anyone trained to make smart decisions there? Unacceptable on your part.

This is the second time someone made a complete bonehead decision & frankly, if it happens again, Ill move my business to Geico. I dont have patience for stupidity.

I have had a closed account with USAA for almost 3 years. I am getting checks for interest and refunds and supposedly reviews and maintenance on an account that has been closed for such the years trying to get any information about it or get into the account which all verification information is correct it and do their verification process.

No one classroom back. Ive been doing this for three years and they have an account that is open that is illegal and they also claimed to have an accident but never occurred. I have a bogus it and do their verification process no one closing back. I have a bogus check to which they allowed to go through.

All I wanted. Was to get into my account to verify that it is legally closed because according to what is holding up my retirement, disability paperwork or payment is this bogus account to which the company stonewalls any and all attempts for it entry to the account I am denied the right to speak to supervisors or managers and the company refuses to work with us which makes me believe they are doing illegal laundering of funds and other illegal activities, and false claims to insurance, but unable to remove my name from this tainted establishment, which is illegal

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Their phone system is the WORST I have ever experienced.

You CANNOT get help if your problem falls outside of regular things like checking a balance, etc. Their infuriating phone system will not allow you to speak to a representative ... so if you have a problem that you can't take care of over the internet through their standard systems, you are absolutely out of luck.

I've been with USAA for decades and trying to get out of there as quickly as I possibly can.

*** u *** veterans out of access to there account if u loose ur license in tx and u go into to get u an ID they give u a VA l ID paper copy with a picture this is a legal id.usaa says that won't work a d just because I changed my number is lost all access I tried putting my new number I'm not allowed to Chang my phone number a d I'm disa lwd I fell trying to go out of my home to try and get it done 2 my new ID will arrive in 30 days I can't produce this I have a valid paper one .I fell and broke 3 RI s try to gain a copy of this document let me in .y account u don't *** a man's bank off for a month *** this sorry as bank breaking us keeping u from our accounts we get locked out

A USAA client was deemed responsible for an accident which totaled my car. I am not a USAA member.

I waited 3 weeks for my car to be assessed; meanwhile, I have paid the rental cost out of pocket for transportation to and from work and personal errands.

This has been the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Still waiting for resolution and payout.

I was charged for both of the bounce checks though plainly see they are made by children. Though the bank even after calling and notifying them of the notification from their app I was called a liar by employee or rep and said that liars are liable for their actions.

The other check same scenario we tried to close the account which was unable the first forgery the second I was accused again paid both bad checks. And since the usaa does nothing to hand verify and only blames computers, the human element if there would plainly see how fake they were let alone there are no such institutions anywhere. I was also accused of being in. Ga Tx and Ohio.

All with in thirty minutes of each other attempting to cash these not even where we live. Even gave them the ftc bbb and consumer board of possible and reported identity theft.

Sent checks of interest on closed account.

They usaa claimed was doing maintenance when I asked why on a closed account hung up on. And now blocked from resetting password and account that was closed three years ago is still active.

Yes Usaa cleared them. The first one in.

March of 21 my wife called them when receiving a pending deposit post notification. The representative was told about the fraud, still charged us the NSF let alone their fraud and security department acted unprofessional calling my wife a names like liar, criminal fake when asked to report to a supervisor all of a sudden they can’t remember who the supervisor is and how to get a hold of them the next time it happened in May again we notified the bank as soon as it seen the other fraudulent check pending in our account had no knowledge of it. Call USAA they again said that’s not their fault that we try to catch it. I said if you look at the information there is no such bank and how can my wife been three different states at once they return and said both checks look legit.

After paying out the first check it happy to get in May which is another $900. We gave them the case numbers of the filed a complaint of identity theft in issues with the bank, and the verification of forged fake checks. After 20 years of having account with him, decided to close the account after paying close to $2200 from March until July July we had thought we close the account with a zero balance come to find out that was not case. October 2021 in the beginning of 22.

We received debited tax amount of two dollars and four dollars from the same closed account calling USAA to find out what the situation was. We were told that they were doing maintenance on the system and accounts. Well that’s funny why would you pay dividends on a closed account? That is zero balance and why would you need maintenance again on a closed account we receive no answer no reply then we noticed I’m buying her new car and her interest was with USAA.

We noticed the increase policy charges and was told that my wife have time of this so-called accident, our car was in the shop having a rear differential replacement the tow truck that took our cart to the maintenance shop was from our AAA with USAA. I don’t understand how a car 33 miles away was able to have an accident while it’s in the air having it we are in replaced upon asking the same question of representatives we have yet to receive an answer. Though found an accident that never happen as the car was at the shop. Triple a through Usaa paid for the tow to the shop to have the rear differential replaced which took a total of two weeks.

Why complain in public now, now it’s hindering my retirement pay and 15 hours today spent calling , verifying, validating to deaf ears and closed minds . Hard to do a verification when no one contacts you back also the verification information being changed and edited Can’t when they and they are trying to validate your information to an already told, explained, updated and notified of the updates yet yet claims of not being able to see your preferences yet only offer preferences to which they say are only available that are separate then wet for your 25. Your account was set up to be on purpose though they tell us they can’t see the account or anything into it until you give them the correct number then how can you tell me what my wipes fake rank is in approve it for validation she never served she told you that the beginning so of the conversation . So they do not want to return our calls or our validation emails to which that email is still current sent IDs were denied speaking to supervisors, managers, or any hire official than a representative that it rude, unprofessional state information is in a closed account and yet they cannot get into the account which day and block for verification to where even the third rep we spoke to today says that’s funny anything with your social is blocked and can’t be let through well I thought you couldn’t get in so I am sending reviews to state officials government officials reviews here ftc, consumer board , DFAS, YELP, to stop others from using or loosing their earnings plus stop any one from going through similar shady frustrating experience like we have.

If see missing stars. Not done by accident nothing lower

You should not deposit a check into your account unless you know exactly why you received it and who it is from. It sounds like you fell for a scam.

Oh it was a mobile deposit. But not a one made by myself or husband.

Nor did it come from our phones or computers. Never deposit or mess with anything that is not known about, I don’t trust anything I double check and verify the atm and if it disbursed the correct amount.

We never mobile deposited nor is there a brick. And motor usaa here.

But someone ran them. Like I said before noticed them. They claim to not be able to do anything till the pending transaction completes. What’s next NSF.

PAID 29.00 bounce fee twice. Again we called immediately when notified.

They did nothing to stop them or even note the account. So I’m order to close and account all balances and services paid and zero balance.

Usaa never stopped the transaction no note on account. no money was deposited but they claimed from them nor would we touch it.

But yet we’re liable for the NSF.

ON FAKE CHECKS THAT THEY OUT THROUGH not with any authority or permission or anything to don with us. The Fraud Investigation Team told me that we could not close the account until they completed their investigation and we paid anything that the team determined that we owed.

Raised rates.

Five cars and a home were damaged in a hail storm in 2023. The repair work has just been completed.

Three out of five cars were totaled due to cosmetic damage, all under 56000 miles. Now, there are two cars and one is paid off, with only liability on it.

The insurance is higher than when there were five cars, three of which were not paid off. Homeowners insurance has increased by $2500.00 in a year.

All of those vehicles and not a single shelter ? Poor preparation on your part.

You failed in your obligation to provide decent protection while exposing the properties to excessive influences. The insurance company failed to check your facilities before insuring a fleet.
