How is it USAA gave me a credit card. And then raises my car insurance premiums because I now have too much credit debt, from their card. Are you serious. Are you a bank or insurance company make up your mind

Constant bad customer service, increase in insurance rates and holds on payroll checks that must be deposited via mobile device. Their solution, cash the check at the institution who issued the checks, then drive 50 miles to deposit the cash in Colorado Springs.... How about this, I stopped all funds going to USAA and opened an account at a local credit union...... Many problems solved by leaving them..... Good riddance USAA

USAA engaging in fruad

I have been a long time loyal customer of USAA, but this latest round has me wondering. 2 months ago a large check tried to clear but exceeded my balance. I immediately call USAA to try and find out what was going on and was told they couldn't do or say anything until the next day after the transaction was fully processed. Once the transaction was processed I could see the check. It was pay to the order of USAA authorized by USAA. It had failed to clear but there was the NSF fee. So I got on the phone. After about an hour on the phone while they were looking into it I was told someone else (I am with holding the name) owed the bank money but their back department had made an error in where to collect it from and they immediately credited me back the NSF fee. No biggy banks make errors. 2 weeks later the process repeats, once again I had insufficient funds. Took a little longer this time but still they eventually credited the NSF fee back and noted the activity in the account. 2 weeks and 2 days later so now right after my paycheck deposits they do it again. But since they waited for payday this time there were sufficient funds and they pulled them. I am now getting the run-a-round for over a week from USAA about returning the funds that never left the bank since it was pay to order of USAA and have had legitimate checks bounce. I am thinking its time to investigate how to file fraud charges against USAA.

My biggest complaint with usaa is the ATM's are never working! I needed to deposit money to have enough to pay my mortgage and of course the ATM couldn't take any deposit. So I went to withdraw MY money to get a money to add to what I had so I could get a money order...

Mortgage processing usaa

usaa mortgage processing is flawed in the following manner..30 days to process a mortgage approval..five days before closing usaa asking for additional documents or process stops per mortgage processor. did not order an appraisal in timely manner within 14 days of contract. non communicative and no call backs.had to bother them. two days before closing date they stopped to say documents not enough. ask to speak to a supervisor, gone home for the day..it was 1630 their time. movers coming tomorrow and no place to move! definitely use another institution for mortgages or pay cash.

I was rear ended in 2011. My car was totaled. As far as that went USAA handled that portion of my claim with no problem. My daughter and I went to the emergency room that night. I was given Percoset and sent on my way being told I will become exceedingly more sore...

It's not that you're a liar but that company is not the one who adjusts the medical claim, just a system to analyze what they're billing for v. your claim of injury.

Your chiropractor may be full of beans, or possibly medpay won't cover that kind of service. Did you check first, or just wander around aimlessly assuming USAA would cut a check?

And if it's that bad, there are resources. Write the CEO's office or ask for that adjuster's manager.

I went through that as an employee, and at CLOSING...USAA was asking for the SAME documents that had been faxed previously...they held my closing up because they couldn't FIND the file...are you kidding me???? Then they sold me off to GMAC (after MONTHS of propaganda on the floor about how they wouldn't DO that anymore-it was gonna stay in house, serviced in house too many problems with PHH, never again..blah, blah.

So I believed them and got the loan, and then they sold it...I couldn't believe it) Now I am with the green tree llc servicing which is the WORST.

I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use the mtg loan dept again, because it is plagued with incompetence. But then USAA is much different these days...oh, right they are worse than they use to be.

ussa beware that dovenmule one of your partners who handles your loans is being investigated by the EEOC for discrimination against gays and blacks. Actual fist fights have occured on the business floor resulting in people being brought to the hospital for injuries.

One was thrown through glass door and other other victim beat with cell phone. Police were called and both times attackers were arrested. One of their investors this week (Mellon) I believe came in to review the books because of this scandel. They have been fined by the EEOC on several accounts resulting in over a Million Dollars in fines.

USSA is a honorable company and therefore should be aware of whom they are dealing with. Also your customers deserve better than underhanded dealings from Dovenmule. Dovenmule knew that the EEOC was coming to investigate them and at a meeting with management told their employees to curtail any negative information to the EEOC. The vice president who told the employees this was Mary P.

I am aware you are coming to Dovenmule and I hope it is about this matter.

When you come question the abuse directly to the employees.

You two need to hire a public adjuster to handle these problems for you. A public adjuster is licensed to negotiate with insurance companies.

I am a Loyal USAA customer since 2003. In 2009 my wife was in a car accident.

Her car was in the repair shop the same day with a rental car. In 2010 my basement backed up. The adjuster was out within 3 days. From first call to check was 10 days for a 10k check.

The 2 weeks later a 2500 check for mold came. Easily this is the best bank and insurance company I have dealt with. I have two house covered by them, two cars, life insurance, and my banking. Many of my military buddies have them two.

The have high rating for a reason.

Im sure all companies have horror stories, but this company is as good as it gets when it comes to insurance.
