Horrible service to members, treat you like a criminal after 1 claim for hit and run totaling $3400 and could care less if been member for 20 years, but will take your premiums. Not the same company it was when I joined in Army.

Car hit in parking lot. Almost 2 months later and no payment.

Rude claims investigators and incompetent claims handlers. Treat you like a criminal while they continue to take my premiums and no coverage evidently.

Violated AR state law on notice of claim acceptance or denial in writing within 45 days. Just horrible service.

Those letters you showed us ARE the acknowledgement.

The status letter they sent you (twice) is why they have more than 45 days. I bet you did something extra dumb for your claim to take that long.


Wait so you state no claim acknowledgement but I litereally see 2 letters they sent you the day you filed it in your phone photos.What are you smoking?
