SIf you think USAA has your back you need to do your homework. They use the military and Disabled Veterans to sell their products.
If your vehicle gets totaled they will NOT even look at the NADA, Kelley Blue Book or any other method used by dealers to determine the value of your vehicle. They use a company that looks on the internet constantly logging low ball vehicles they found for sale by even a crooked individual or lying small dealer who is selling a vehicle that is a piece of junk. Then USAA states they saw one for sale for for much less an you should not be paid more than the junk they found. When you ask to see thiss junk it is not available for you to see an prove it is junk.
USAA I believe is an bunch of crooked liars who pray in Disabled Veterans an their families. They fly the flag to improve sales, spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertising instead of paying what they should.
User's recommendation: Stay away from USAA. And their rates go UP AND UP.
