I have been a USAA customer for 17 years, until my car was totaled by a teenager running a stop sign. Since that moment, USAA assessed more fees on my car loan final balance, and didn't disclose accurately the payoff balance.

They also pulled my credit twice, affecting my fico score. Once the received the payoff money, they imposed another 400 dollars for interests. Every time you call customer service, their information in inaccurate, they don't know how to read the account record. One day you are given a different information.

The waiting time to talk to a manager is longer than 10 minutes. The solution team can't do much to solve the issue.
