Every time in the past year I have attempted to handle an issue with USAA, the call center either screws up the task at hand (ie mailing me a cashier's check with my name on it, instead of the company I spelled out to the agent over the phone)!
I can not even get my wife added to the account because USAA does not have the ability to add pass port or visa numbers as a form of identification (my wife is Australian).
The level of USAA customer support and call center people has gone way, WAY down. Most do not have common sense and seem on the "slow" side. Not educated and unable to think outside the box to help their clients. They can not even send me a security code properly!
I will probably in the next year look for a new bank and new insurance.
