I was given bad. advice by my insurance agent.

was completely misled by the agent. after which I could not contact him. I was seriously hurt in an automobile accident that wasn't my fault. and made a mistake.

up until the accident I thought. the agent was supposed to be working for me.

Lost all trust in usaa because of a bad faith action by the adjuster handling my claim. I wont deal with them any more and certainly wont refer them.
