Applied for an automotive refinance loan on the USAA website. They approved us for a new car loan.
I called and advised them of their mistake and they said we’d have to fill out another credit application and they would have to run another credit report. I asked to speak with a manager because we shouldn’t be required to take another hit on our credit rating for a mistake clearly made by USAA. I was left on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. USAA has no customer service.
They used to be the best bank I had ever dealt with now they are the worst. We will be cutting all ties with them.
