I'm trying to find an email address and you have none now, it's all this idiot chat or call, which takes forever to get an agent. This is my FIRST complaint. My second is that I can't see ANYTHING on my accounts page, it is blank, so I have NO clue what I owe, if anything. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. If I could rate USAA you would get a ! out of 10 on everything except response to car trouble, accident response, and price of insurance which is great. everything else sucks!! Just applied for Medicare Supplemental ins. and got accepted. USAA sent letter informing me of my acceptance and indicated they were going to draft two premium payments from my checking in Jan. 2018.??? Tried calling this am and was on hold for 25 minutes, finally was told they were very busy during this time period. I asked if I could leave my number and have someone call me back. He said no, call back at 6:pm when it is not busy. Called at 6:pm , sorry this is outside of business hours , please call back at another time. This person who told me to call back was just trying to get me off the phone. So I went to usaa website and tried to send them an email concerning my double payments and there is no way to send them an email just the tele# that I called previously. I have a Checking, savings and investment account with them and I am getting ready to close all accounts and go back to a real bank. This is not the first time I have had problems with them - website sucks, many system problems, hard to get a hold of anybody without getting passed around to several depts. before you can get any help. Terrible Company!!!!

USAA in Phoenix, Arizona - Fraud on my debit

So in the past couple days i have called usaa multiple times due to fruad in my debit card. I have gotten the run around from multiple people there. And all but one person was rude. In this whole process me and my ex have been divorced for almost a year and usaa never took me off his account even know both of us did everything they asked. They have now closed both his and my account and are saying they do not want to business with us and that any fruad on my account he will be responsible for. This bank is ridiculous. I have gotten to the point were i dont know what to do. This is not my fault and yet were are paying the price. I get closing my account but his is beyond ***. Why tell you customers any fruad will be taken care of and then you treat your customers like this. Neither one of us can access any of are money and are no broke since we have no other accounts or credit cards. thank usaa for all the great customer service .

The same thing happened to my account someone transferred 1000.00 from my account to a pay pal account and the fraud department after doing their investigation stated it was me, when I told them clearly that the money that they had taken was my mortgage payment. The worst thing is they treat the customer like they committed the allegation when I didn't. Then I got banned from USAA without retrieving my funds back and they won't even allow me to pay my debts that I have with them because they no longer want to do business with me after 4 years. I thought that they were a better bank considering that I work for the bank and know the protocol it was sad and very disappointing. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them ever

Claim denied before I ever spoke with an adjuster. Letter issued saying I had not been able to be contacted the same day I made the claim. I never missed a phone call. This company is dishonest. They are rude, and have no intentions of helping you. Way to support...

USAA in Phoenix, Arizona - Unreliable mobile deposit

I used to love usaa! However, we used the mobile deposit earlier this week to deposit a check. The photograph was accepted and the amount was deposited to our account. Several days later, the account balance was different than the ledger balance and I called to find out why there was a discrepancy. I was told "sometimes that happens; don't worry about it ". After further conversation it became apparent that there was a problem with the image captured on the check. Usaa then proceeded to charge us a $5 fee ( on 10-24-13) because the check didn't go through. Now we have a $985.50 check that we deposited through mobile banking that didn't clear due to poor image quality (after their software indicated the image was accepted AND our balance increased by that amount for several days), a $5 fee for the poor image that their system accepted, and a hard check that was shredded once the image was accepted and the deposit was verified in the account. Customer service was decidedly unhelpful and refused to produce any documentation showing a check was rejected so that we can try to get a new check issued. We've been loyal customers for at least a decade, maybe two. I'm so disappointed!

Heartless USAA / Wells Fargo Relationship

I began a home loan process with USAA attempting to get a pre-qual letter. The Rep at the other end asked me how much I wanted it for. After getting an unchecked and unrealistic pre-qual letter I sought out a house. Once I located and made an offer on a home I submitted it to USAA Home Loans. The "Process" USAA demands is to go through a thing called Mortgage Advantage. Failure to do so results in one failure of procedure after another. I am looking at loosing my dream home it took 10 months to find and a nice interest rate because I wanted to put cash down and they can't (or won't) adjust the financial GFE. The "Advocate" USAA assigns a customer is NOT in your corner but rather looking out for the interest of USAA exclusively.

USAA has nothing called mortgage advantage. What you are referring to is Movers Advantage, which simply a real estate agent program which is completely optional...
