USAA in Phoenix, Arizona - Lousy Service

I'm trying to find an email address and you have none now, it's all this idiot chat or call, which takes forever to get an agent. This is my FIRST complaint. My second is that I can't see ANYTHING on my accounts page, it is blank, so I have NO clue what I owe, if anything. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. If I could rate USAA you would get a ! out of 10 on everything except response to car trouble, accident response, and price of insurance which is great. everything else sucks!! Update to this post. My fraud report stated the fraudulent activity (my plane ticket) was 2224.28.

My PENDING charge was 2233.73. AND GUESS WHAT!? When the charge went through I was charged 2248.60!!! Does no one see that they are literally skimming off the top?

Stealing money from people. This is a disgrace. We are in the process of moving our money. EVRERYTHING.

This bank steals money.

I have he receipt from the airline. My bank charged me completely different than how he airline charged me.

USAA in Winsted, Connecticut - Not worth it

I wanted an auto, home and umbrella quote. My mother in law also wanted an auto and home quote. We were transferred (4) times and the call was dropped 1 x. Nothing like having to repeat yourself 5 x to give them your business. No thanks! Hung up when the rep said he couldn't do a conference call with my mother in law on the phone. Not worth it! If this is the way they sell insurance I bet a claim would be even more fun!

USAA does not process bank bill pay checks on time. After verifying with my bank that the monthly check was sent ON TIME and DELIVERED to USAA on time, but they DO NOT apply the payment until weeks later.

Then USAA sends a "nasty gram" telling you that your account is "past due" and your "insurance is subject to cancellation" if not paid. Really??!!

I have been with USAA since SROTC, over 35 years now, and this is lack of professionalism at USAA is unacceptable! I am saddened and totally disappointed in how this company has changed.
