Not a good idea to give feedback I was polite I went with someone else, I was treated like a second class citizen as a military spouse.

Auto insurance

I'm not sure of the young lady's name but she was very helpful in my issue was resolved. I think that you should find out who the young lady was that helped me and you should give her knee brace. She was very proper, very nice, very friendly, and very helpful. We need more people like her in the workplace.

Company on a massive downhill performance wise.

Still no 1099's issued from Jan - may26,2020 activity after brokerage sale. 9 months to prepare them and nothing! Insurance claims area habitually tells lies. They are no longer the family oriented company they once were. Have been a member for 56 years and they are terrible.

Not necessarily an issue... I wanted a quote to bundle auto &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; home insurance. Other than excessive hold time, the assistance I received was great!

Careless Treatment

I called to get a Roadside Assistance tow truck to take my disabled car from Alexandria La to Lafayette Louisiana. This person treated me like a criminal asking me security questions that had nothing to do with accessing my account. She then passed me to a dead end extension where I was disconnected

Debit card

Don't know the persons name maybe Megan anyhow she quickly got my debit card fixed! Only took me about a freaking 45 mins+ to get through 1st I used to be able to look up the # and customer service # would come up and jad to go through your recordings which are annoying, but why can't your recording after the list of numbers to punch, just say anything else we will connect to to a rep, and ask if its about bebet, credit or something else and connect you to a representative and be done with the need more info etc I end up screaming REPRESNTATIVE!! about 3 or 4 times befor she connects me this is not good customer service, it is Customer agitation. Oh and when you first call you have to write what you want in detail then it says someone will get in touch in 3 to 4 business days Meanwhile I'm sitting in my car cant get gas, can't buy my groceries UHGGG! can you tell I'm a ( as your online says) pissed off that I need to go through all this to speak to someone when something goes wrong g or whatever is the case. I do not have a branch bank in my area to just stop by and get in person assistance.

Pissed customer

I can't get into my debit card account , I also cannot call my bank anymore, NO, I have to type why I need help and then it tells me I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for help! This is terrible customer Service!!!! and i dont have a business so I can't even send this damn message!usaa fcu

Heading in the wrong direction

Just received a new bill from USAA for my bundled insurance products and the new layout is very good. So one more issue down.That said, I finally got around to setting up my Victory Capital account in Quicken and was surprised to learn they do not support any of the money management programs available. USAA moved my Roth IRA to Victory Capital and I can't believe that a company in this day and age doesn't support electronic downloads.

What happened? I work around 90 hours a week so, this is about two years worth of issues most of which have been resolved. About two years ago I received one of the most confusing bills I have ever received for bundled insurance products. USAA broke out the insurance totals but then mashed all of the totals into the amount for car insurance? How would I have known that? Took forever to get someone on the phone, much longer than it used to be. Issue resolved, USAA credited back the overpayment. Later I saw a large check hit my checking account I didn't recognize. So I called USAA after work and spoke with someone to fix the issue. The customer service rep was good and kept me updated as they worked to fix the issue. That said, it took almost an hour to get this corrected. By the end of our call, he was working with at least one manager and their IT department to fix this one issue. When they moved the check to the correct account, the computer system automatically dinged my account for a stop payment fee which is clearly incorrect. In the end they were able to correct the error, but it is troubling that no one noticed this issue earlier and that it took a team of USAA employees to resolve this one issue. Whatever cost savings senior management hope to achieve by cutting corners, probably was blown out of the water by this one call. The previous CEO thought it was a grand idea to sell off the financial products and pepper long time customers with tasks and emails when not too many people had a whole lot of free time in the year 2020. I guess this is resolved, but I am still not happy about it. Not good timing. In Jan 2021, USAA changed the way Quicken downloads transactions to increase security. Once again they dropped the ball and there are issues. One account is still not pulling in new transactions as of 2/12/2021. This is just one of the known issues. According to Quicken support, missing account(s), reversed transactions, and communications errors have all been reported. Quicken is still working to fix these issues with USAA, no ETA.

Unethical decision-making

We had a supplemental medicare insurance policy with USAA, donut hole coverage. My wife passed away and they sent a check to me for her unused portion of the insurance. The problem is that they made the check out to her estate. So in order to cash the check, there must be an estate account. This needs to be done through the courts. This means hiring an attorney. It would cost double the check amount to hire the attorney. Why would I do that? They have devised a great way to steal their member's money.

Overall incompetence

Been with USAA for over 20 years. They have everything but my mortgage. House, auto, umbrella policies, checking, credit card, investments.. You cannot get anyone on the phone anymore. If you have an issue forget about it. They sold my investments to schwab.. Had an auto glass claim, the easiest of claims and that has been nothing but run around. Tried to have usaa deal with their provider Safelite and they kept putting me back to safelite who was the issue.. Insurance rates with them just keep going up and up, and service went down the toilet years ago. I would like to voice my concerns with someone who has a clue but all you get is low level phone people who wont escalate your call upwards... this company is just to big for their own good and could care less about their members. Will be moving everything from them!!!

My truck has been in the shop since December the 17th of 2020, its is now February 6th 2021, I have no vehicle to get back and forth to work. Paid 2 weeks out of pocket for rental, finally had to turn it in. Now they saying sometimes in March before I get my vehicle back. Yes I am pissed off because neither one of you will assist me. I pay my insurance on time , but nobody is for the customer. My deductible has been paid and all. But yet I'm still walking, about to loose my dang job because I'm scambbling to get to work! This is bad customer service if you ask me.AngryAngryAngry
