My account is saying Im locked out and i need in ASAP its Christmas i have a kid and bills to pay. I dont understand why you guys have to put us on a 3 hour hold but dont have a 24/7 online person to talk to . It doesnt make Sense To me

Let the company propose a solution

They refused to admit their client was wrong

I got hit by one of their clients and the idiot was texting and speeding coming off the freeway and totaled my pickup truck. She ended up getting her car taken care of because daddy was paying for her *** car and I got screwed. USAA refused to admit she was wrong and I was left without a vehicle. 3 years later and I still havent gotten money or an apology

I was sitting at a stop light and your client rear ended me. When I ask her if every one was okay she just sat there and stared at me so I proceeded back to my car and called the police.

Disquist with USAA

USAA PHONE SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY AND EVEN WHEN YOU GET SOME ONE OFTEN THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING,AND MOREOVER SOME COULD CARE LESS. THE INSURANCE IS GREAT , I THINK, AT LEAST THE AUTO.BUT THE LACK OF CARING PUTS USAA AT THE BOTTOM, I AM A RETIRED INSURANCE AGENT AND THANK GOD I KNOW ALOT ABOUT INSURANCE.I AM LOOKING AT LEAVING USAA BASED ON YEARS OF THIS BAD SERVICE.

They are crap!

Do NP.First they kicked me out in the street after a hurricane and there was no housing. Then they dont want to cover my iPad I sat on in my care because Im living in my car and they constantly STEAL 30.00 every chance they get out of my checking. I took too much out of the atm and immediately put it back in and they charged me 30.00 for insufficient funds even though I had a friend Zelle the 50.00 so it would be there immediately. They said it was t credited for two days yet they told me I could withdraw it the min it got there if I wanted. But noooooo, lets not cover the debit coming thru later because thats 30.00 they can steal!,

I had issues with my insurance policy they refused to take payment until after they cancelled my policy and then wanted me to pay them but had refused payment for 8 weeks prior to cancellation ! They had me calling 10 times a day on hold for hours and never got anything done they literally switched me from person to person for weeks and weeks with no help no response , just ignorant people giving the same old story and hence since forth now they put holds on any deposits I put in even a damn 25.00 money order so I have opened another account locally and not depositing any money in this acct any longer !

My truck was damaged in a wreck. It was a 40mph collision and they did the body work but are refusing to fix steering components even though the wreck blew a wheel hub out and there's alot of play in the steering wheel and my new tires are wearing uneven now. There is also shoddy bodywork they do not want to help me fix from the bodysuit it looks like pimples all over where it was painted

To get the front end steering components fixed and a alignment and 2 new tires since they are toast now. If the wreck blew a wheel hub out why wouldn't it destroy the tie rod that is connected to the hub?

Bad customer service

I had an accident happen 3 years ago now and the USAA Driver was at fault and was texting and driving and was probably drunk speeding off the highway and totaled my truck. She and USAA did nothing and I lost my transportation due to the carelessness of both the driver and insurance company.

"Social worker" contacted USAA bank in San Antonio TX, told them my husband and I were divorced and he was to be my husband's conservator. They did not ask for document proof, a copy of dissolution. We were not divorced. Never divorced. I held POA on accounts. This supported a kidnapping and drugged death of my husband. Lost 11 years of Retired Army pay, and our home, and all investments. I nearly starved to death. I was 100% disabled. They refused to listen to me, or consider documents I sent. Our insurance was cancelled, credit cards cancelled.

Killing small business

USAA is killing small business. Only paying 66 % of the invoice at the least expensive collision repair shop in town. They are not out to help veterans but cut costs at any turn therefore hurting local shops.

Fraudulent check

My name is Stephen Sharpe, my granddaughter name is Jayava R. Dasher. Your services stated that she can into your office an cash a fraudulent check. But she don't stay in San Antonio TX. Why did your service cash this fraudulent check. Because this check has void on it several times, an you cannot read the check. Where is the back of this check. Because someone had to sign this check. Plus someone had to sign the deposit slip. All need to get is zelle name then I will send this to the FBI are the Federal trade commission. Thank you.
