Bad experience with USAA

I had a car accident recently. It was not my fault. It was the other driver's fault. She bought her auto insurance from USAA. So I claimed the accident with USAA. They didn't contact the other driver for this accident in two weeks. Even though they assigned this claim to a specific guy (adjuster), it was very hard to contact this guy. They never answered my email messages. Every time a different adjuster answered my call and everyone gave me a different story. They promised they would pay the rent. But finally, they refused to pay the rent and enforced me to pay the rent. Their service was pure garbage and it was a nightmare to deal with USAA. USAA should get a ZERO star for their services!!!!!!

Liars

USAA sucks. They lie and leave you stranded for hours without at least a call stating that what they just lie to you about wasn't going to happen. I was stranded for 4hrs after being told a tow truck was on the way and then they canceled my rental reservation all whilst telling me to go to Enterprise. Yet they told Enterprise I was paying out of pocket. What a load of crap...Fuck USAA but I guess I should've known (USA)A). What a *** joke!

USAA refused to pay for the installation and calibration to replace the windshield on my 2019 RDX... I paid extra premium for this.The policy did not exclude installation and calibration. Supervisor was extremely RUDE an would not take to next level of management or...

No communication CLOSED ACCT AFTER 55 yrs. *** on

CLOSED ACCOUNT WITH NO NOTIFICATION... USAA LIED and said my wife closed the account... My wife was on speaker and told them that was a LIE. I contacted USAA 8/27 as requested as they had question regarding my RV address under the PATRIOT ACT... For the 8th time in two years the AGENT said to ignore the letter as HE CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS IS CORRECT as done previously. USAA confirmed the agent’s notes told me all was OKAY. Today my Debit Card was DECLINED. That is how I found out my account was closed without notification... After 55 years with USAA I have been locked out... I was on phone 8 hrs and given all kinds of promises someone will call be by the end of the day... nothing! I cancelled all my insurance as USAA can no longer be TRUSTED... FEDERAL BANKING SITE LISTS SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH USAA. Dont deal with them... 24 hours later as of now... still no return call from USAA... I have NO WAY OF PAYING MY AUTO PAY ACCOUNTS so they have been DECLINED! My Credit Score will be ruined after 55 yrs above 870. My new brokerage accounts will take 5 days before I can SET UP MY MANY AUTOPAY ACCOUNTS! Spending HOURS AND HOURS trying to get bills paid and all Auto Pay and Auto Deposits re-directed. IT IS OBVIOUS USAA MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPETENT. Noticed they stopped advertising BANKING in their TV ADS... are only allowed by the government to advertise INSURANCE until they are removed from the IN TROUBLE LIST! USAA HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY ABUSIVE AND CRUEL TO THIS 80 yr old man after 55 years of loyalty! How sick.... UPDATE 10/5/20 I received email from USSA saying I would be contacted in 2 days. I was finally contacted after 2 WEEKS.... USAA ADMITTED THEY WERE WRONG IN CLOSING MY ACCOUNT DUE TO MY “RV SITE” ADDRESS and WERE WRONG CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION! They have now changed their policy.... So, after placing my autopays & Bank account in total dismay, debit & credit cards canceled and NO ACCESS TO MY CASH and my after I cancelled all insurance and had to find NEW INSURANCE, they said “sorry” and said I could START ALL OVER with my relationships. Mind you, this is SIX WEEKS LATER after I was totally screwed! USAA HAS NOT OFFERED ANY RENUNCIATION FOR MY 120 HOURS OF WORK, WESTERN UNION FEES, FEDX FEES, etc. Now, I’ll have to sue them for all the damages..... What a CROCK OF CRAP

Slow service

Called roadside assistance gave my location they said someone will be on the way. 1.5 hours later no one. tried calling back only to be put on hold for 15 min then tried again and again after another 15 min got through they ssin no one was dispatched becaise they need my location!!! *** them.

I don't have a complaint , infact the opposite. I want to say thank you to your team . They are so helpful and were amazing. Donna Carpenter and Ms Donovan . I was hit by car in January and I am dealing with surgery after surgery . They are so amazing thank you so much KerriReed

USAA is not sending our PIP checks and settlement check and it is thring to blame it on the USPS

USAA is not the company you see on TV we have to take them to court 2 times now in order to get them to pay as in my policy states in Michigan we have unlimited medical personl injury protection they stall and stall and really are not the company protracted on the TV a actors , if you are a USAA client and get in a bad accident you better get a very good attorney !

They cheat their members

Had a claim for a water issue which we claimed,r they destroyed our things and stole our property. They paid some but didn't get the home fixed as stated in our policy. They tried to nickel and dime us and very poor customer service and we had been members for 44 years. They are criminals and should be run out of the insurance business. I have read the reviews and believe these other folks because what they said happened to us as well. Folks run away from this criminal enterprises and shut them down.

Homeowners claim denied

After submitting a comprehensive claim I was denied. Actually I was denied when I submitted my claim from the outset.

It only got worse as I went through their appeal process. At no time was there any attempt to view my claim with either an open mind or honesty.

I have all my insurance with USAA. After 52 years without so much as a late payment, they have denied my homeowner's claim for a busted pipe between the walls. Five different excuses for not paying a claim. Rude responses to my claim from most department specialists and a concerted and coordinated effort to avoid any responsibility. I would advise anyone considering doing business with USAA to run far and fast.

Trying to make a payment credit card

I don't have a pin no. Asked to speak to a supervisor was told l couldn't because l didn't have a pin no.so i can't pay my bill.what nonsense.you verified who l was still couldn't pay bill.
