Insurance premiums

Hi- I did not realize I was calling a line for "pissed customer service". I thought I was just calling about my premiums. The customer service was polite and courteous as usual. I have no complaints about USAA and their service! Loyal customer here!

Don’t trust ANYONE in Houston for goods and or services. Not even we’ll established companies like AT&T, The Mattress Firm, Best Buy, ADT, construction and building contractors, computer dealers, furniture shops, realtors, roadside vendors or ANYONE you haven’t nailed to the wall under a legal microscope before dealing with them.

I’ve seen nothing but snake oil salesmen ever since I moved here. Folks here can’t even drive right!

More services offered, such as a legal discount plan, would be helpful. There are times when financial issues become legal issues.

I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO EVEN CALL ME. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS ASK A QUESTION ABOUT AN INSURANCE BILL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. THIS BILL WAS GENERATED 10/20/2021 AND IT INCLUDED AUTO INSURANCE AS WELL AS FOR THE RENTAL PROPERTY. I NEED THIS FOR FOR INCOME TAXES.

Accident over 30 days ago. They will not look into it, nor will they contact me. Lousiest customer service EVER!!!!

Involved in accident with a customer of USAA. That was over a month ago. They refuse to take accountability for the accident, stating that "AAA sent someone to repair the car before the accident, so we are waiting to see if they will pay any part of the claim." Then, on the 6th call to them, Brad told me to "go through your insurance and make them come after us." That is a quote! The worst excuse for service from ANYONE in the 56 years I have roamed the earth!

Lousy service

Customer service has declined unbelievably since Stuart Parker became CEO. My wife and I are 47 year members. During the time we have been members it was in my estimate the best bank in the USA. It has been steady down hill since 2010. I will never ever get another, mortgage, car loan or any other consumer loan thru them. Local banks, and credit unions are far better they match USAA rates and give great personal customer support, they want your business and act like it. Both my daughters are USAA members and have gotten all their loans locally and advised me not to use USAA. They were right!!!

Worst company I have ever worked with!

Do not use this company! I have not had access to my checking or savings accounts for 2 weeks and cannot get through to speak with someone, despite being on hold for hours at a time. I don't know how many thousands are affected at this time, but I learned this has happened before. I have done everything I can think of including filing complaints with the BBB, helpwithmybank.gov (cfpb), contacted a fraud specialist/lawyer and contacted two news stations. I cannot get anyone to take responsibility or fix it.

I want access to my funds immediately, the fraud resolved and my money returned to my accounts. Currently I have no access to funds and am listing this as losing money. When I get these funds back, I will still be missing over $2000.

Claim inaction

I am cancelling my homeowners' insurance with USAA because of difficulty dealing with claims. They have not lived up to our agreement and have not fully paid for agreed repairs and work on the damaged property. I am extremely disappointed. I did all the labor on this repair and only wanted the amount that was withheld pending completing the rebuilding to pay for the materials. I am 73 years old and this claims department make it impossible to deal with.

They lost my identifying information I don’t know who the paying interest on my accoun

I was trying to login they dont except my ID and also my numbers dont except my Social Security number to me everything is invalid somebodys obviously got access to my account and it isnt me Somehow allow an option to talk to somebody that answers the phone I got all the way to the next available agent will call you in a hung the phone up on me not once not twice three times Apple times five times Im a little bit upset

USAA = Frustration

The vast majority of customer service agents are great. They are helpful, knowing that alot of what they experience with frustrated account holders like myself is not their fault. Many times I have had to apologize, and tell them I am sorry for venting my frustration...
