Has not and will not until they rent us a trailer park it behind my house until its demolition is completed and floors and walls and wood floors are replaced. It's tiles and 20 yr tile

Check with your local insurance administration and look up the laws in your state. I am so sorry to hear you are going through all of this.

Document everything and get everything in writing they say. Usaa can change allcat paperwork as they are a third party affiliate. You can look up usaa third party affiliate manual and see for yourself. Also there was a whistleblower that just came out about allcat and Usaa.

We have been fighting for 3 years come March 2021. Usaa needs to train their adjusters on how to properly take claims instead of spending so much on dishonest commercials. Also request a certified copy of your policy, claims log, xactanalysis notes, payment log, all generated reports, and all adjuster notes and estimates. When we got ours we found where the payments didn’t even add up and companies that never had anything to do with our claim had been paid.

The truth always comes out hang in there. Many prayers for you and your family no family should ever have to go through this when they have a legitimate claim.

Cancelled auto insurance

I left the country for 30 days. This should be normal considering they deal with military. While away my bank account was compromised. My bank took all appropriate action to mitigate damages. On August 14th USAA tried to get an automatic payment (like they had successfully done for 20 years) My bank came back and said account was closed. By September 11th USAA had cancelled my insurance. Now I have a gap and have to pay higher premiums. Unacceptable.

User's recommendation: Find a company that cares about its customers. You may pay a bit more but I guarentee you won’t be paying as much as I am right now because of USAA.

Why the USAA is advertising with the NFL

The disrespect shown by the NFL towards our military and country clearly is not the values shown by me a 50 plus year member ...WHY are the marketing folks in USAA turning a blind eye to this.....in addition I have tried to voice my concern to no avail ...

Rate Increase

Do USAA just did a 25% across the board rate increase on car insurance. Then they come up on their website and pound their chests about donating $30,000,000 to charity. So the bottom line being the bottom line, they raised rates on the insured and then gave the money away to charity, so they could look good. Sound familiar, take money from working people and give it to people who don't work...USAA = Democrats. I did get a quote from GEICO for the exact same policy and it was $500 cheaper over the years time. Goodbye USAA!!!!

User's recommendation: Use GEICO...way cheaper for the same car insurance. Use Armed Forces, way cheaper for better home owners insurance!!!

It seems to me that since USAA decided to "grow" that their customer service has gone from excellent to almost horrible. They must have not figured out hot to "hot" transfer a call because now every time that they transfer a call you have to get authenticate again. Poor customer service!

Do not honor their own policy

Been with USAA for over a decade. Have a Renters Protection Policy as a part of my Renter's Insurance. During my covered period, experienced a loss of use of my residence from a covered incident and during this pandemic. I was told to stay with someone. If they feel breaking their contract is more cost-efficient than helping you, you're screwed.

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

So irritated with USAA. I told them to pull my auto insurance bill from my credit card and not my checking account, but they did anyways resulting in a NSF fee. I called them up and thankfully they reversed the charge but even after they received the credit card payment I scheduled they tried to pull it from my checking account a second time resulting in NSF! Now customer service refused to connect me with a supervisor and then hung up on me! I am seriously thinking about CANCELLING all my account through them. I have been with them for 6 years and so tired of the run-around.

Member unable to log into his own auto insurance account

USAA is losing an insurance customer because he has been in our dealership for 3 yes three hours trying to get into his own auto insurance account to do a change of vehicle. We all understand privacy and security but this is ridiculous for an older client who served our country in Vietnam.

False advertisement

I went to USAA and got a quote of $572 a year on auto insurance and $1217 home insurance. Ended up being $384 every 6 months ($768 a year) auto and $1384 home. I couldn't pay for a full year for auto. Auto went from $250 to $500 deductible and home went from $1000 to $5000 deductible! I was originally with Nationwide for $752 auto and $1125 home. If I had known, I would have never switched. When I canceled, they couldn't understand why I was upset, and I was mistaken about everything I said. But now I know how they can have ads every 5 minutes. By ripping off people!

It took a number of phone calls with numerous representatives but I was able to finally have someone help me. They mailed me a check for the full amount. They put me in touch with a specific person who followed up with me until the issue was resolved.
