Wont close bank accounts

They keep saying there has to be a 24 hour waiting period every time I call. It is ridiculous and they will not approve loans even if you have a 750 credit score like every other company will

Cannot contact usaa

Been locked out of my account saying it had security problems. Been on the phone calling every number I could find for USAA. Waned tech support for help logging back on. The automated system was in some kind of loop always asking the same thing asking for more info. Keep asking for tech support and was back to same automated system.

Overcharge for Condo insurance

I am a Army Veteran (1973 - ****) and a recent Afghanistan Expeditionary Civilian Workforce 2019 Before leaving for Afghanistan I purchased my first CONDO through USAA. Review your home insurance from USAA and get several quotes, something I didn't do. USAA has been charging me triple the average rate for three years. I only found out when I refinanced my CONDO. USAA is normally very good but for this situation I have not even been able to get answers as to why my rate was so high. I discussed this situation with two managers (all they did was apologize, and they would look into it) and was told they would pass it up to their management, that was a month ago. Needless to say FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS DO NOT TRUST USAA REPS. Get quotes.

Should be USAA Dispute I have been an USAA member for years. I disputed a charge and on 12/03, the dispute was overturned. I contacted USAA that same day to ask several questions with one of importance, I needed to know if the call with the provider was ever listened...

Very Upset with how our Accident Claim was handled

My wife's car was a total lose, not her fault at all. USAA stepped in and took over, her car was 6 months old. I tried to get them to replace the car at the level of options etc. that was on it. Final result on an almost brand new car we lost 5K. I tried multiple things to get USAA to be more reasonable and to no avail. Finally gave trying. The other drivers insurance was better at dealing with us than USAA.

User's recommendation: Be advised their insurance maybe cheaper but if you need them they get even by not covering your loses.

My cash money $500 - $1,000 was unavailable to me for weeks.

Which caused me loss of income due to the inability to access my funds to purchase goods for resale and cost me in excess of several thousand dollars and future business that took months to line up. This has cost me months of planning and my cash flow for months and years to come.

Insurance premiums.

When USAA decided to credit our accounts because of COVID, I told my self what a company. They really care. Until around Aug after the last decrease on monthly payment. I find out that premiums were increased by $20.00!! So now Im very disappointed in USAA because you temporarily gave us a discount only to take it away. Also COVID has gotten worse. I hear that premiums are going down because fewer accidents. Yet I dont see anything from USAA giving us a discount preferably without taking it back.
