Proper endorsement of claim check

The first check was not made out correctly and my bank would not accept it. USAA has canceled the check and is supposed to issue another one made out correctly, but I have not heard from them or received a new check. The hail storm was on 5/3.

User's recommendation: If check is made out to more than person or entity, please explain how to endorse it and why.

Bad phone service bad chat service bad customer service

Phone tree runs in loops, the person who answered could not unlock account and would not transfer me to someone to let me in. The online chat was websites, no one would answer any question I had. Very poor customer service.

User's recommendation: If you have a ton of patience you might get customer service after hours of waiting.

I’m not able to open up my banking account

My brother is in the Special Forces and my step father 100% disabled Veterans and they still giving me the run around. Navy Federal Credit dont treat there member like that. USAA take notes from Navy!!! Alvin Wynn

User's recommendation: Until USAA stop 48hrs integration there future member!!! Go Navy Fed!!!

To resolve an issue

Ive called them about me and my grandson was in wreck and there not helping how they have caused us me grief and how we where injured and about my grandsons truck and how he had insurance and how they are suppose to help the person that has and pays for the insurance and how the insurance is in his name but they gave it to someone else and thats note right or fair

Terrible bank

Submitted two claims and both resulted in no action

During my time utilizing USAA, they have inappropriately removed me from my joint bank account(without my signature). This led to my only soon-to-be ex-husband on the account. After I was inappropriately removed, the third stimulus JOINT check was accepted into the account without my name on it. My soon-to be ex transferred the money into another account and refuses to give me my 1400. When I realized that I was taken off the account and lost the stimulus check, I submitted a compliant with usaa, and they said they could not help me. In addition, when I was initially added to the USAA account (when we first got married) I was given access to all of his past records (which obviously helped me but should have never occurred. I highlyrecommend against UAAA. Utilizing usaa.

Car towing

My car towing was supposed to be free. They send a guy who claimed that because my car is parked face-front, he needs to use a dolly and its $55. Total scammer. Asked for cash. USAA should check better who they are hiring as their contractors.

Balance on Hold

I received a check from USAA (Ck 000142230) several days ago for $308.37 for a refund of my auto loan loss protection. I immediately deposited the check to my checking account. The proceed of the check have been put on hold for 8 days! This is unacceptable. I have talked to customer service and a banking agent with no solution to the problem. I have been a member for many years but the USAA service has been deteriorating. I hope you can help. Dr. Luis R. Lizardi

Completely locked out of all bank accounts by USAA going into weekend

USAA has locked me out of my account. I cannot access my account number, log in, or use my debit. I was not give any warning or indication that this would happen nor why. USAA service has imploded over the last five years. After 22 years with USAA I will be looking to bank and get all my insurance from someone else. That will begin this next week. USAA has gotten to big and to cumbersome. They no longer have the customer as theirpriority.

User's recommendation: Do not bank with USAA, customer service is horrible especially the Specialist Department.

Well still dealing with the insurance there got my statements I don’t how many time they need my statements just how many times I have to tell them what happened it’s crazy for someone asked to do their job where it takes a freaking accident before anybody will do...

Auto Insurance Roadside assistance

I have had USSA for over 30 years. I tried to use the roadside assistance and find out they have outsourced it to some lame *** company. They are going to send a tow from 3 cities away with a 2 hour drive time AFTER they deal with 2 clients before me. This is crazy. USSA has gone so downhill. It used to be you got your money's worth. You paid more but got excellent service. NOT anymore.Say NO to USSASa

USAA knows what i said is true and they have made no attempt to make it right. They spend more money on propaganda messages on TV and internet than they do paying claims. They will cheat you when your vehicle is totaled, they will not even look at NADA or Kelly Blue...
