USAA Insurance - terrible business model and customer service

The USAA web site upon registration seems easy to use to start your policy etc.

But when you need to remove a vehicle or stop the automatic credit card withdrawals they conveniently omit those features from the Website in order to keep the meter running - and when I called the 800 number to remove the vehicle that was sold the reps scripted response/business model was they want you to keep your liability coverage in place in case you borrow or test drive another vehicle.

What a CROC business model - to actually expect people to continue insurance on a vehicle that was sold just to keep the meter running.

I will NEVER use or recommend this company EVER!

Please don't fall for the commercials

This is what I just sent to USAA concerning my auto policy (below in quotes). My irritation stems from the lack of the "delete" vehicle/policy option on the website and the ***' annoying commercials.

I should be able to delete my vehicle online without having to be "retained" by a USAA rep over the phone. You can perform nearly any policy related function online, without calling USAA, except to delete a vehicle. And, I think USAA is going to get some more backlash in the near future over their commercials. They beg the question: "Maybe we have too many veterans.?."

"""""""Delete my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse and void my auto policy.

I junked my car (2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse) to a local junk car buyer on 04 Feb 2014.

I no longer need auto/liability insurance through USAA. I no longer want auto/liability insurance through USAA. I will not need USAA auto/liability insurance in the future to either rent a car or to loan a car to a friend/relative/neighbor, etc. I no longer own or possess the 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse that has been insured by USAA for over 10 years, nor do I own any other vehicles that I wish to insure through USAA.

I no longer possess the title to this vehicle either.

Please don't try to convince me to keep liability insurance though USAA for auto related purposes. I've faithfully paid my auto premiums for well over 10 years, with NO claims. No injuries to myself or others.

None. No tickets, no points on my license. So let me go peacefully.

Please delete/cancel my policy. Please don't beg me to keep a USAA auto policy for any reason.

Have some dignity. Keep the remaining policy premium I've paid. With all the sappy USAA television commercials, I think that you need it more than me.

If for some reason my current auto policy is not cancelled per this request, I will not pay any future premiums charged to me. Because I no longer own any vehicle(s) insured by USAA.

Simply add a "delete vehicle/cancel policy" button on the USAA website and you won't attract this kind of venom. Don't hold on so tight. And enough with the sappy and overly sentimental commercials. It's becoming genuinely repulsive.

I'm betting that USAA marketing secretly wishes for another war, so that more veterans/families will qualify for USAA membership. See the concern? Add the "delete vehicle" option on the website.

Delete my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse and void my auto policy. Have a nice day.""""""""

Guest

I am also having issues figuring out how to remove a vehicle from my policy. I even do a search on their website to "remove a vehicle" and it gives me a link with a description which says "add, change, or remove" a vehicle.

I click the link and it takes me to a page which does NOT have the option to remove.

I'm very frustrated as I just sold my vehicle and it's out on the road insured by me and not driven by me. :-/

Pulltype and others are going to every post about USAA and posting comments which do not offer value to the statements of the posters. It wouldn't surprise me if this is some of USAA's employees trying to put spin on the posts.

Pissed consumers are generally honest people who receive bad service. What they should be doing is offering better service instead of trying to discredit events which actually occurred.

People lie all the time on this site.

I've used USAA for several years and found them to be very professional and polite, even during the claim process.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!

Guest

Are you guys employees??? well count yourself lucky until you deal with this company's dark side..read some of the complaints i do not think people would lie ...why take the time to tell others that you are treated unfairly..it's the only way to vent frustration..i fully understand..this company is ruthless and should be held accountable for their unethical business practice...some people do not have the time to let others know how badly they were treated..so thank God for not seeing this company's dark side..they can ruin your life...they are heartless ..only interested in ripping off innocent people...

Guest

I have been a USAA customer for twenty years, never had a problem with any of their services. I recently removed two of my vehicles from our policy with no issues.

Guest

Not sure of the problem with this poster, but this report is False. I have deleted numerous vehicles over the years. False!

Failed to set closing date

Currently paying$5000 per moth on first and second mortgage. Asked USAA to consolidate the two loans at a lower rate to have cash to remodel master bedroom. Home was apraised at $380k and loan was for $304k. Closing was set for two weeks then rceived a call from USAA saying not closing until renovations were complete. They new I could not complete the renovations until I had the lower monthly payment. Rep from USAA was a complete ***, didn't care that I was a vetean of 30 year, and a member of USAA for over twenty years. Left me without a closing, kept my upfront monies and hung up on me. Have spoken with several people there all to no avail. I believet they like my $5k they are getting and didn't want the lower monthly payment. They were rude, totally unempathetice, only thinking about how much they could get from me rather than helping me out. If I could find the CEO's, Joe Robles' email or phone number I would call him. It is no wonder people go postal!

USAA donates to The Heartland Institute

Google for current news about leaked documents from an anti-climate-change group. USAA apparently donates to climate-change-denying front group "The Heartland Institute". Isn't USAA a "member owned" company? What's the point of donating to a group that wants to, literally, work toward "dissuading teachers from teaching science." Don't our kids deserve a real education without teachers being bullied into politicizing everything? Anyway, read: http://www.shawnotto.com/neorenaissance/blog2012****.html. Lots of articles lately about documents leaked from the Heartland Institute including donor lists which include USAA for $45,000 in 2011 and maybe $50,000 in 2012. I don't get it - why is USAA in bed with the Koch brothers? Shouldn't they just insure my $#!#% car?

USAA has lost their roots!

"Service. Loyalty. Honesty. Integrity. USAA stands ready to serve" (USAA.com, 2012). So sad, how can they still use the above?! They have lost it all, there is no longer service they offer that was built on the basic company foundation. The ethics and morality have long gone, as well as all integrity. Loyalty - to them selves and each other, not for the customer or client. They are not veterans for veterans, they have turned into nothing more than another giant corporate thug. With such a huge profit margin why do they need to raise rates again? Ooops i am sorry, the need for million dollar plus bonuses.... how silly of me to forget that part. Well we are now moving on to a better company that is still grounded and has values. So are a lot of doc's i know. Word is spreading quickly through the VA system. Leave them now before its to late! Nothing form them has proved to assist or benefit me. I know many of the employees are looking for new positions elsewhere. I first lost faith with them while attending several job fairs, lol some of the recruiters talk way too loud. Maybe that's where the problems started?! The recruiters bringing in the bad and corrupted the whole company. What a shame and loss of a once great organization.

Generally, I have found little fault with USAA over the 50+ years that I have been a member. However, I strongly disagree with their relatively recent advertising spending spree. Perhaps it is because they are losing members and need desperately to recruit more.

I also disagree with the change in policy which now allows higher risk people to join.

Guest

We are not the only ones who feel this way, as I said I am in contact with all my old friends. Most have left or are searching for new companies now...

Guest

You nicely said it...it is really sad that this company has no integrity ..the employees seem very heartless..ruthless ..i was involved in an accident with a USAA policy holder and my nightmare began when i had to call the USAA office..my adjuster Ms Spurlock is so retarded sometimes i wonder how she even got a job..not sure she knows about cars..she embarrasses herself trying to impress that she knows about cars..she's pathetic!! but then again it seems like most of them are from the bottom of the food chain not the brightest people on the planet i decided to forgive them since i believe there is something called KARMA!!! I feel sorry for all the people that they hurt and i hope someone does something to end their corrupt practice.

Guest

I'm a member of 21 years, and I'll be cancelling my membership. USAA has ruined my life.

I've been robbed by the insurance, credit card, and investment banking groups. THEY WILL ROB YOU TOO!!!

Not sure where to go with this except to say: "good riddance".

I'm out as of tonight interest rates are high on credit card it is no way you can catch up.....And just think I let them sucker me into it....I paid off my credit card once and they called and told me how starting all over would be.....shame on me....but the real shame is the credit card (cash advances) that could happen at any time because of my cash advances....oh, that's right my purchases that I was told for a certain amount of time would not have any charges. Oh, wait that was reference to the representative I talked to before the one tonight...This representative informed me that it was cash advances from several months ago....huh????

I left that conversation still confused; because she was throwing explanations against the wall hoping one sticks. Oh, not when I called them because I have received information as a veteran and from them via mail that I was qualified to save money on the interest.....Let's talk car insurance, I never had an accident that was my fault and other insurance companies paid for the damages, how is it that I get a dent from an shopping cart and you can't help me, after being a loyal customer for 7 years that I would have to pay the deductible for a dent that was not that expensive....Are you ever going to give back the overpayment on my car insurance with out me paying for it. How are some people getting a new car because they left it in a bad neighborhood and I can't get a dent fixed....Did they have to pay the deductible?

Oh, I guess someone has to pay for it.....Goodbye my insurance is paid through November 2014.....You will not see another red cent from me after my credit card is paid off early next year. I will pass the word on...I'm sorry I got the word so late.

USAA destroys credit

I opened a credit card account with USAA. They set up email notifications for payment. They never sent an email until the account was overdue. That pissed me off so I called up to cancel the card, but a representative talked me into keeping it and walked me through setting up auto-pay through my bank and setting up automatic notifications. They didn't draft my account and never sent me any notifications until the card was overdue again. All the setup had disappeared from my account-twice. They are either incompetent or doing this on purpose to get late fees and interest on their card accounts. Either way it is unacceptable for a bank. This time I cancelled the card. The reps were polite, but who cares if they destroy your credit.

Keep an eye on your *** accounts. *** happens.

You don't have five minutes to go to usaa.com and see if the automatic payment is set to go through a few days before it is being sent?

As for that "100 dollars" they took from you...bet it was late fees.

***.

Obviously Jah-CKASS works for USAA ... just a comment to put the company spin back into the mix. :p

Guest

Wow, you're right, I am responsible for my own financial well-being. That's why I will no longer deal with an institution that does not honor its end of the bargain.

Perhaps I didn't make it clear that I twice set up automatic notifications and they did not work. I also set up auto-pay and that didn't work. I have two other credit cards that are set up that way and they have never failed in 15 years. I simply can't afford to deal with incompetence in a financial institution.

Their multiple failures on one account destroyed my confidence that they would ever get things right. Oh, by the way, an update: When I closed the account, I payed online and they drafted $100 more than I owed (or agreed to have drafed)!

So I called them and asked for that to be reimbursed and am now waiting. If they never send it I guess I'll chalk it up to tuition for a hard lesson.

Guest

Shouldn't you be responsible for knowing when the due date is on your card regardless if you set up reminders? I know the due date on every single card or loan I have and I even have payment notifications that come every month.

You are responsible for your own financial well being, not the bank.

Stop blaming everyone else. I've been a member of USAA for years and have never had a problem with them.

Grossly Negligent‏

USAA Bank ran 3 credit checks in a 3 month period. As most people know a "HARD" credit check which is a credit check for a house counts against your credit score. Well we started our endeavor on 22 Sep 2011 when the first credit check showed up on our report…. All well and good. Here is where it gets ugly. Our refinance was handed off to a MS R and we were locked into a 3.5 fixed 30 year loan the rate was good for (90) days. Because of the high volume of refinances (yeah right) Keep in mind the survey was done, title search, appraisal, survey, county water test, and lawyer fees Ms R closed the account on the 30th of December 2011. Before going on vacation. Which was six days prior to the deadline. I am in the Military and was deployed in Afghanistan. My wife contacted USAA (wPOA)to see what was going on with the refinance and was told it was closed. Hearing this she demanded to speak to a supervisor and was passed onto a Mr. G and his supervisor who also has knowledge a Ms. H. Both Mr. G and Ms. T said they were sorry and that it shouldn't have happened and that Ms R was new and not real experienced (no kidding) and that they would honor our original locked in rate remember 22 Sep 2011. Well on 01/05/2012 he being Mr. G ran another credit report that neither I nor my wife agreed upon. Well once again I look at my report and yet another credit check from 10/10/2011. I have no clue as to what, where, why, or when this one was for. Having been in the army 20+ years I could hold back no longer. I told the company what I thought and I am sure it makes no difference to them. But, I will say this they have lost insurance on 9 vehicles. And like I told the woman on the phone I will give them 10,000.00 in free advertising and this is the start. So there is my .02 cents only another $9999.98 to go.

Never use USAA

A month into my insurance policy, I backed into another car and this created just under $1,000 in total damage (to both my and the other person's car). When I went to renew my policy, USAA increased by insurance by over $200 a year. When I did price comparisons with other insurance companies, they said that they would not even count that against me because it was only $1,000 in damage. So, I decided to cancel my policy with USAA and go with another insurance company. When I called USAA (just before my policy was about to end) they told me that I do not have to cancel my policy, to just basically let it run out. I then received a bill from USAA a few weeks later to pay for the policy. When I called them about this they said they will cancel the policy. Then about a month later, I received another bill from USAA saying I owe them $83. When I called they said it was because I did not cancel my policy (when they told me that was not necessary in the first place!!!). The representative said that I did not have to pay the money if I did not want to use USAA again. I told him "don't worry. I will NEVER use USAA again!!"

always write a letter to cancel your insur because if you don't the main office can send a letter to the state saying you don't have insur and the state will cancel your car tags--which can be fixed but will be a head ache--been there done that--all because the agent told me to just stop paying at the end of my policy--he just didn't report what he told me to the main office so they didn't know.

It is never a good idea to cause an accident within the first month of the policy. Be careful out there.

Waste of my time and money

Applied for a VA IRRL, conditionally approved. Welcome email said a processor would contact me in 5 business days. Well for 5 weeks they had a generic CSR, not even in the mortgage department, call every Friday to say that "they valued my business" and that eventually a processor would start working on my loan. 11 days until closing, still no assigned processor I called them myself. And then I learn they've been sitting on the appraisal for almost a month. They knew it was too low to do the loan without me bringing another 5K to the table. They got a non-refundable deposit out of me, but after 23 years of business (home/auto insurance and credit card) that's the last $ they get. I should have read the earlier bad reviews or at least the warning signs (like jacking up my insurance rates when I've never filed a claim.)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a USAA client and have been for over Four years. I recently had a house fire and had to make a renters claim. It has been nearly two weeks since the fire and they adjuster is just starting on my policy, not due to lack of quick response on my end. My family is still currently living in a cheap hotel room provided by USAA and there is no settlement agreeement yet between my insurance company and my landlords company. I find this to be unacceptable considering my hotel stay ends friday and then my family has no where to go. Is there a supervisor over the insurance department I can speak with? This has caused undue stress on my family.

I am switching all of my insurance and USAA products when the claim is completed. Good riddance to this company !!!

USAA Representatives Lie and Don't Keep Records of Transactions

I'm currently very disappointed with USAA. I never had a problem with them until this year but, the situation was enough to really anger me. I recently closed out a checking account to create a new one because I felt like my information from my last checking account had been compromised. Naturally, in the process I switched all of my automatic bill payments over to my new checking account. USAA kept turning my autopayments off and charged me late fees and then when I confronted a manager about the situation, all they could tell me was that they keept turning my automatic payments off and had no records in their memo's that I had attempted to fix the situation with them. I think they were trying to make a quick buck off of me. Details are below: This is when all of the problems started: I closed my original checking account on the 28th of October and switched over my automatic bill pay information so that all of my bill money would be drafted out of my new checking account. The representative I spoke with that day told me that everything was fine and my bank drafts were correctly set up. After noticing nothing had been drafted, I called them on the 6th of November. They had told me that my automatic payments had been canceled for whatever reason so I paid the late fees and restarted the automatic payments on the 7th of November. Guess what?!? I called, USAA on the 28th of November demanding to know why again I had noticed that my account had not been drafted for my bills. The representative that I spoke with that day, Jim, assured me that everything was set up, but the deduction just hadn't "reflected yet". I called them on the 3rd of December, again to ask them why my account was still not being drafted, just to get the run around. Once again they told me that my bank draft had been canceled. I was pretty ticked off so I spoke with a manager named Tricia, who told me some lame excuse as to why they couldn't give me back the late fees for not having my bank account drafted. Even worse, they could prove that I had been calling them, but because the representatives never did their jobs and typed out memos of what was actually being discussed during our conversations the manager couldn't prove that I was attempting to do the right thing and pay my bills. Fair warning: DO NOT trust them with automatic payments or documenting important information on your account. Apparently, if you want to sleep well at night, you have to do their jobs behind them. In this case, what am I paying them for right? I'm currently looking to take my business elsewhere. Once I do find a new company, I'll be promptly shifting all of my accounts and investments because when it comes to finances, the last thing you want are mediocre, greedy, unhelpful people behind a desk, who don't keep track of their transactions and memorandums handling your accounts for you. -El

Pitiful contact system

I called to report a claim. I was very patience going through a laundry list of question was told my wait time was seven minutes. I waited seven minutes someone clicked on the line and then hung up on me. I called right back to go through the laundry list of questions again to be told that the office was closed. I then tried to go online since I have never made a claim in all the years with USAA I didn't know my login info. I tried every way to request such to get a dead end. I am very pissed!

I've been with USAA for 27 years, given them thousands of dollars they gave me some dirty printer paper in return,They misreport negative information on Lexus Nexus to keep you from going to another

insurance company, canceled my policy for late payment, extorted full payment for a years worth of insurance than inflate the rates. Now they sent a letter to my state DMV saying my insurance lapsed and the state wants my tags back for a three month suspension. The executive office is a joke this is the guy who pulls the short straw and has to tell you its your fault and NO they have no intention of correcting there mistake. At one time this was a good company in the last couple of years its taken a nose dive in the craper.Save yourself some major pain go elsewhere for insurance.

This makes no sense. My family has been members of USAA since 1963, and any time of day we've ever tried to call, someone is there.

I've had to call them in the wee hours of the night when we had trouble on the road.

I've called them on the weekends at odd hours for regular policy service. Something doesn't sound quite right about this complaint.

USAA Home Owners Insurance

USAA builds its business on the idea that they take care of military members and their families. As an active duty service member, currently deployed to the Middle East, I can tell you this is not true in my case.

USAA is currently refusing to pay a $10,000 home owners insurance claim for water damage caused by a leaking mater bathroom tub faucet. In the adjuster's opinion, the damage was cause by a "long term" (greater than 14 day) problem and is therefore not covered by my insurance policy. Keep in mind that: a) this leak was in a place that is impossible to observer and b) was fixed as soon as it was discovered.

Even USAA's contractor stated that he had seen a leak like ours cause the amount of damage we experienced in as little as 5 days. It's a shame when a company you trust lets you down by trying to use loopholes to avoid honoring their commitment to you.

We too are in a similiar situation. CONCEALED WATER LEAK under Roman tub, causes severe damage to pony wall between tub and shower.

Because the drywall was wet and eroded...they considered it LONG TERM and will NOT cover it!!

IT WAS CONCEALED...who knows HOW LONG it was leaking...it finally showed up in erosion of the drywall. ONE PISSED of CUSTOMER!

Guest

Get with a Public Adjuster. Only a Public Adjuster can reopen a claim once it's settled, and only for up to a year.

Guest

I am currently in the same situation I called USAA about water damage under the carpet in a spare room I was removing the carpet to replace floor with hardwood. The adjuster that took my claim stated it probably would not be covered I was livid what do I pay for!

John N Mzy

Sad to say, but USAA has really gone downhill. I was with them for years untill I ran into a major problem getting even adequate customer service out of them!

I dropped them like a rock. I would not recommend them anymore. Your recourse is to hire an attorney who can help you or whomever is stateside appeal their decision and/or sue them for payment. You can also consider filing a complaint with your state insurance regulator.

Good luck. Oh, and make sure you follow the "rules of engagement." We wouldn't want any sheep-herder offended.

USAA IS AWEFUL! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

The same thing just happened to my family! We were approved in June for a new construction home mortgage. Well, obviously it takes more then 3 months to build a house so we had to reapply in Oct when we were supposed to close on our new house the first week of december. When we reapplied, we had less debt (just our cars), our credit scores where even up by 10-15 points and I received a raise at work! They approved us until 2 weeks before we were supposed to close and said that they needed a letter from my work regarding how many hours I could expect to get a week. When my job sent it to them they said the letter didn't match the pay stubs because my pay stub had more hours then what the letter says! I work in the oil field and my weekly hours change every week, they sent a letter with my minimum hours! After that they said that they would still approve us but we since we missed our closing date we had to pay a "fee" to extend our lock on our interest!!! The fee was over $400! It took several days to get any calls back from our processor. Our builder recommended another mortgage company so now we are going with them. When we asked Usaa to refund our $350 for the appraisal (that was never done after our builder called for it 4 times!) they said they couldn't. After fighting with them for about a week they agreed to mail it to me and I would get it in about 7-10 days. It has been 16 days since they "mailed it" so I called today and they said the refund hasn't even been proccessed yet! We have 2 bank accounts, and an auto loan through USAA. When we pay off our auto loan in April we will be closing ALL accounts with USAA! We have been members for almost 10 years now and its sad they treat military members like this! I will never use USAA again!

Actually they didn't have a problem with his minimum hours a week. It' was the fact that the letter didn't match the pay stub.

And yes if he did lose 5 hours a week we can still afford the mortgage. If he even lost 10 hours a week we could still afford the morgage. We did change mortgage companies, gave them all the same information we gave to USAA and the approved us with no problem and we have been in our brand new beautiful for 3 weeks now. That being said our mortgage payment is $17.00 more a month then what we were paying in rent.

The same rent that we had been paying for 3 years. So yes we can afford our mortgage.

USAA is just a *** mortgage company. We even spoke with a supervisor to file a complaint and he said thy they are aware of the mortgage department needing help.

Guest

that's why usaa is not known for mortgage only insurance. they don't know mortgage.

Guest

Prior to refinancing with USAA Mortgage Services we called USAA four times, and on each call they answered our questions with what they thought we wanted to hear, but not the truth. Factual examples are: Do you sell the loan; do you transfer the processing of the loan, can you do an easy conversion of a 5/1 variable APR to a fixed APR (just a small fee required)?

The night we went to sign the loan documents was an eye opener, plus the documents were incorrect with the property description, location, figures, etc.

And guess what, USAA ‘transferred’ the loan before our first payment, to GMAC, who puts you on infinity hold when you call into complain. And if you call into USAA to complain, they just transfer you to GMAC, who answers the telephone USAA. And now, to convert to a fixed rate we are being told we need to totally refinance (won’t be with USAA).

General Robles Ret, shame on you for allowing this to occur on your watch!

USSA

I have been getting the run arund from USSA, one of their insured hit me, and now they don't want to pay for damages. i am going to have to get a lawyer involved so i can get my vehicle fixed. I have never seen such a poor insurance company when it comes to handling accidents. This is by far the worst company to deal with. It has been over a week and no one has called me. Pray no one from this company hits your car. An adjuster came out and took pictures, and now they said according to the pictures, their insured was not at fault. I have three witnesses that can say otherwise.

I was involved in an accidentvon Sept.27 of this year with one one their policy holders, he ran a red light and totaled my truck, the police report and a witness states the same, my truck is still at my house and they tell me they are not going to pay, the police report according to them is just a piece of paper, anyway USAA will not pay for your vehicle if the insured says its not their fault, they suck and cause more damage than the accident,,,

AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM ARE VERY RUDE, AND CONDESENDING, AND TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT, BEWARE OF THEM!

Guest

why don't you let your insurace company handle it for you? That is why you pay them, they should be the ones to call usaa and get your car fixed!!

I was really surprised to see this remark about USAA. My whole family has USAA, and I have had them as an auto insurance since 1975. I've never heard stories like this before.

I'd escalate the claim before forking money to get a lawyer. Just keep telling them, "I'm going hire, who do I need to call??"

Good luck with your claim....

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems. I've been with USAA for over 10 years and I'm sorry to say I have been in an accident where it was my fault.

All parties were happy in the end. I was thankful that USAA didn't penalize me (my one and only accident) and the person I hit was not injured and her car was fixed with no problem.

REFUSED TO PAY FOR STOLEN TOTALED CAR......

I HAVE BEEN WITH USAA FOR THREE YEARS.. IN JUNE 2011 MY CAR WAS STOLEN AND TOTALED USAA STATED THAT THEY CAN'T COMPENSATE ME FOR MY STOLEN VEHICLE BECAUSE IT HAS A SCRATCH ON THE TRUNK THAT WAS REPAIRED A YEAR AGO THROUGH THEM..

WHAT HAS THAT HAVE TO DO WITH MY CAR BEING STOLEN AND TOTALED?? I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN COMPENSATED AND IT'S THE END OF SEP.. THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY TELL ME THEY WILL NOT RENEW MY POLICY AND BLOCK MY ACCESS TO USAA.COM.. A BUNCH OF LOW LIVES!!

AS A VETERAN I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISPLEASED WITH A MILITARY SERVICES OR SHOULD I SAY "SUPPOSED MILITARY PROVIDER" IN MY LIFE.. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE..

LOOKIN FOR MORE LIKE IT.. I AM ALSO REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY ATTORNEY GENERAL..

To someone who knows better. For someone who knows better, or claims too, you sure don't know anything!!

If any of this were the case I wouldn't have a complaint now would I!! You should use your brain and think before you jump in shark infested waters. And for the record I don't talk smack over the internet. If you have nothing useful or positive to say about individuals and their situations please don't comment!!USAA has done alot of us veterans and military personal wrong.

And if they feel like I do then someone who knows better you should know bwtter than to come at a pissed off marine with that!! Hope you love reading this!!

How about the whole story? Did you have full coverage or liability only?

In order to be cancelled, some sort of negative action (fraudulent claims, nonpayment, excessive points on a driving record, etc.) had to occur.

It is clearly stated in your policy why USAA may not renew your policy. I just love reading one-sided situations.

Hey Mann Down,

Me too. What I did was switch to Navy Fed.

USAA SUCKS!! when it comes to taking care of their customers. I sent letters to all the board of directors, BBB, Texas Attorney General and the FTC. Did it help?

Absolutely NOT! But it felt good. USAA did call me back and apologize...,like it mattered. I already switched to NFCU.

Much better customer service. Good Luck brother!
