USAA - Under Slab Drain Break
I'm currently experiencing very bad service from USAA concerning a broken drain pipe under the slab of our home. The pipe broke for unknown reasons and has been leaking under the home for some time, enough for the foundation to start to shift.
The way the policy is written make it impossible for any claim to be covered. Its been a week and the adjuster has not contacted the foundation repair company or the plumbing company. The only word I get from them is its probably not covered because their was no damage to the structure. Isn't the foundation part of the structure?
Our friends and family with similar claims have had no problem getting this issue fixed, but then they had different insurance companies. So far I'm getting no where with USAA and I'm having attorneys review the policy with a possibility of filing a class action law suit against USAA. I singed up with them because of the excellent reviews and their dedication to military families, but my experience with them says otherwise. USAA is to be not trusted, Its better to pay a little more with a mainstream company and have coverage.
USAA is worthless and I aim to bring light of their bad practices, with the home owner claims, reducing their customer satisfaction rating to where it should be. This is not a top rated company in my opinion
Reason of review: All of the above.
Preferred solution: Take care of the claim with no more Dancing around contract verbiage designed to deny claims.

It does not sound like an insurable claim to me. Did you read the policy?
