We had over 100,000 dollars withdrawn from our USAA account with no notification on an account that was seldom used.The account was hacked and we reported the loss as soon as it was discovered. USAA says the money is back in our account but we are still denied access to it after a month.

We have called and been put on hold for more than an hour and no one will speak to us regarding this. We have left voice mail and no one will answer that either. We have had an account with USAA since 1985. I have looked for an email address but there is not one online I can use.

We are completely locked out of the USAA website.

This after all this time and the use of our money! Unbeliveable.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Access to my account now!!!.

USAA locked and hid my accounts $1M+ after I initiated an transfer of assets to another brokerage. After daily complaints for many weeks, USAA claimed it was an IT issue.

I contacted FINRA and it was was solved immediately.

FINRA needs evidence to address USAA using this prohibited business practice.
